Welcome to the Bees & Trees Monthly Giveaway! Every month, we are excited to offer our customers a chance to win a unique prize from our curated selection of premium honey products and related items. Please note that the prize may vary from month to month, but it will always reflect the high-quality standards of Bees & Trees. This giveaway is our way of saying thank you for your continued support and interest in sustainable, pure honey straight from New Zealand.

ELIGIBILITY:
The Bees & Trees Monthly Giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States or Canada and are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, vendors, or affiliates of Bees & Trees, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate or win. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, please see submission details below. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER:
To participate in the Bees & Trees Monthly Giveaway, you must be subscribed to our email list and complete one of the following:

Make a Purchase: Each time you make a purchase on our website during the giveaway month, you will receive an entry. Multiple entries are allowed, so each purchase made during the month will count as a separate entry.

Write-In Entry:
To enter via mail without purchase, handprint your full name, complete mailing address, daytime phone number, valid email address (email associated with marketing list), and a brief statement of your intent to enter the promotion on a 3” x 5” card or piece of paper. Place your completed entry in an envelope and mail it to:

Atlanta, GA 30342Submission Deadline: All mail-in entries must be postmarked by seven days before the end of the month and received no later than the last day of the month to be eligible.
Limitations: Multiple entries from the same household will be disqualified. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted. Entries received after the deadline will be disqualified.
General Conditions: By entering via mail, you agree to be bound by Bees & Trees' official rules and conditions. All entries become the property of Bees & Trees and will not be returned. Bees & Trees is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or damaged mail.
The giveaway begins on the 1st of each month and ends on the last day of that month at 11:59 PM EST. The winner will be randomly selected during the first week of the following month and contacted via the email provided. Please see selection process below for additional information.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
The winner of the Bees & Trees Monthly Giveaway will be randomly selected using sweepstake software such as ViralSweep or a similar tool to ensure a fair and unbiased selection process. The drawing will take place during the first week of the following month after the giveaway period has ended.
The selected winner will be notified via the email provided during entry. The winner will have 7 days from the notification date to respond and claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within the allotted time, a new winner will be randomly selected using the same process, and the original winner will forfeit the prize.

PUBLICITY AND MARKETING:
By entering the Bees & Trees Monthly Giveaway, participants agree that the company may use the winner's first name, city, and state for promotional purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, sharing on our website, social media platforms, or other marketing channels. No additional compensation will be provided for this use. The winner’s likeness, including photos or videos, may also be requested for promotional materials, but participation in these is completely voluntary.

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected through the Bees & Trees Monthly Giveaway, including your name, email, and mailing address, will be used solely for the administration of the giveaway and to contact the winner. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Bees & Trees reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time for any reason, including technical issues, fraud, or any other factors beyond our control that could compromise the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway. The giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and we reserve the right to seek damages or take other legal actions to the fullest extent permitted by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Bees & Trees is not responsible for technical errors, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, or any other issues that may prevent someone from entering or claiming the prize. Additionally, we are not liable for any problems related to website performance, network issues, or any other factor that may affect the entry process. By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release Bees & Trees from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to the Bees & Trees Monthly Giveaway will first be subject to mediation in the state of Georgia. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved in the courts of Georgia. By participating in the giveaway, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia and waive any right to a jury trial.
